Private Transports & Shared Transports
PRIVATE” means that your pet(s) will be the only animal in our van with the driver. 100% of the driver’s attention is given to your pet; this is the royal treatment you want to give those special pets. If your pets could select a transportation service, they’d probably pick our private shipping services!
PRIVATE TRANSPORTS
A Private Transport is when your pet(s) are the only animals on the van. Many Pet Parents prefer this type of transports for several reasons;
1. You decide the exact date and time that your Pet Mover arrives to pick up your pet.
2. Your dog does not need to be crated (unless you decide) and they are able to stretch out on their beds or our beds in our climate controlled and comfy minivans.
3. The pet transport can be much quicker considering there are no other pick up or drop offs for other pet families
4. You as the Pet Parent are leasing out the entire van for your pet and your belongings (including anything that you prefer to send safely and securely you don’t want sent by movers) provided it doesn’t interfere with your pets comfort.

SHARED TRANSPORTS
A Private Transport is when your pet(s) are the only animals on the van. Many Pet Parents prefer this type of transports for several reasons;
1. The pickup window of your Shared Transport is 4 days however, we contact you 24 hours before the day of pick up.
2. Pets are allowed 1 toy or additional item during the trip from the Pet Parent.
3. We transport only 4 dogs maximum at a time to insure plenty of individual time per pet
4. Senior Dogs or Very Large Dogs do not necessarily need to be crated. We allow 1 dog per trip to ride crate free if they are behaved.
