Why do I need to provide my pet’s height?
We are USDA licensed and adhere to strict USDA requirements for crate sizes. In order to determine adequate crate size for your pet(s), we really need to know the breed, age, height and weight of your animal(s).
How do I stay up to date on my pet’s well being during the trip?
Upon payment and confirmation of your pet reservation(s), we will give you driver contact information. This includes their cell phone number, so that you may call them for status checks and updates on your pet(s) during reasonable hours.
Can I ride along or drive my car with my pets?
Our insurance does not allow passengers in the trucks.
Why don’t you offer pick up or drop off at airports?
Airports have strict health requirements regarding animals. It is very time consuming to bring our trucks into airports where we could be required to provide documentation on every animal on board the truck, substantially delaying our scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
Do the drivers accept tips?
Our drivers work very hard to maintain the safety and well being of your pets. We recognize that they are precious cargo! The drivers often play with them (when friendly), play music for them, take the young and delicate pets inside the hotel with them at night, and grow close to them. We strive to deliver your pet(s) happy and healthy. If the driver has done an outstanding job for you, please do tip them! They are very grateful for gratuities.
Can my traveling pet have a toy? What should I pack for the trip?
Express Pet Movers supplies everything needed for the trip including crate (if needed) bedding, bottled water, leashes, lots of love and comfort. The only thing that the Pet Parent needs to provide is the health certificate, food and fitted dog collars. Also you can send along a favorite toy and blanket to comfort your pets.
How often are pets walked?
Your Pet Mover will stop every 3-5 hours to exercise, play and potty break your baby. Your Pet Mover spends 24/7 with your pet
